Tots + upgrade cosmetic doesn't work.

Hello ! Tots+ upgrade cosmetic doesn't work.  I applied to my  94 Henry's  card but nothing changed . This is the 25 000 coins tots+ upgrade wich supposed to turn my  94 -Henry's card  from evolution...

I have the same problem. I’ve reached out 3 times to EA for an answer and they keep closing my cases without leaving any answers.

so frustrating!
