Transfer Market Ban Appeal
Dear EA Support Team,
I have recently received a transfer market ban on my Ultimate Team account in EA FC 25, with a notice indicating that it may be due to coin distribution or related suspicious activity.
I would like to clarify that I have not engaged in any form of coin transfer, coin buying/selling, or any activity that violates the EA rules of conduct. All of my market transactions have been legitimate and within the game’s normal mechanics. I only use my account on my personal device and do not interact with third-party websites or services.
I believe this may be a mistake triggered by the automatic detection system, and I kindly ask you to review my account activity. I value fair play and always respect EA’s terms and conditions.
Please consider lifting this restriction or at least provide further clarification on what might have triggered the ban.
