Transfer market locked bug

Hello when u gonna fix transfer market locked bug?

We all need help please EA help us :) 

i have 150hours on the game and still not unlocked transfer market i completed everything is needed for unlocking transfer market and still i cant unlock it :( 

Also all sbc from foundations is completed and objectives :)
