Transferable players going missing

Question

I packed Caroline Hansen and since I already had one I was going to place the duplicate on transfer but I got kicked out of UT when I logged back in the players where missing and no duplicate Caroline. Has this happen to anyone else?&nbsp;

@Eddie1994mo Did you check quick sell recovery or duplicate SBC storage? You must move the card by mistake.Also, after restarting the game, did you checked unassigned pile?

Yeah I’ve checked and I don’t see anything. I know in the past they would be in my unassigned pile but it didn’t happen. I just completely lost those players

@Eddie1994mo Sometimes it doesnt show it automatically on unassigned pile. Next time when you open a pack it will refresh unassigned pile.

They usually deals with missing items/players.
