Transferring fifa points

If I buy fifa points now for fc24 will I be able to transfer to fc25 on release?

If i by mistake bought fifa points to EA FC24 now(which was a game i didnt play), how can i get that to my EA FC25 account, when i already have logged in multiple times and i said no to the pop up thing

I got the same question. Accidentally bought fc24 points on the microsoft website instead of fc25.

Would like to transfer them.
