Transferring points on accounts Ea fc 25

I bought fifa on my main account but I’ve always been unable to play it on that account so I use an alt account but since I did not buy fifa on that account I have not got my pre order gifts please help me as I don’t want to have wasted my money and ea support said you would help me

    Hi, @Bernieslaven 

    I am not sure why you were directed here for assistance with points as we are unable to handle those type of requests nor make any account changes. We are not able to move EA FC Points from one account to another. If you are seeking a refund for your FC Points on an account please contact the Support team you purchased the points on. For example, if you play on Xbox please contact Xbox Support as the points are purchased through their billing system.

    Can some one please let me know how I can transfer EA FC25 ultimate edition points from adult account to child account as it did not let me purchase the game from my child account

    Good afternoon, i purchased FC25 Ultimate Edition, and the FC Points are loadad into my account. i don´t play video games and this purchase is for a gift for my son and i want to transfer them to my son´s account so he can enjoy them. What options do i have to make the transfer to my son´s account?

    I appreciate the support in this case
