Ultimate gauntlet 3 crashed

Hello, I would like to report a problem with the Ultimate Gauntlet 3 live event. I have completed 7 out of 10 tasks and cannot complete the remaining three and after completing the match it crashes back to main menu … I am unable to complete the remaining tasks and receive the subsequent packages as rewards.
