Ultimate Team Game

I'm using an xbox 360 controller and every time I play ultimate team a black box appears and it shouldn't happen. I have videos that show it. Can someone tell me what it is? i can't download a video  im new to this but i live a link to my youtube cannel for you to see it the black square ( https://youtu.be/AMTP4zKiUqc )

    Hey @darkwarrior2000, Thank you for your report. If this black box appears while you are playing, please disable the text-to-speech setting in the Accessibility menu. This setting causes the box to appear when you press the left joystick.
