ultimate team not working

so i pre-ordered the game, played it for a week, and stopped. now i came back trying to play it again and when i try to join ultimate team, this message pops up: A Title Update for EA SPORTS FC 25 is...

All good. Thanks for getting back to me.

Try deleting corrupt files with the steps here. Also, reset your online squads by going to Settings > Edit Teams > Reset all squads.
