Ultimate team

Hi I was texting this yesterday and yous still haven’t done anything I reported a bug yesterday that has been happening to me I bought 2 store packs yesterday so I can get my season points from it and in one off the packs there was another pack and I send every thing to my club but every time I press to redeem the pack it kicks me out off fifa as now I can’t open any packs on ultimate team and yous said yous would fix it but I’ve been sitting here and it’s been doing it over and over again
