I have previously played EA versions 23 and 24 of the game on the ps4 platform. When I was in Ps, I didn't have any obstacle in the transfer market. This year, I started the 25 version on the PC via the steam account, but even though I do regular tasks and play matches, I can't access the transfer market meaninglessly. I demand that this problem be solved now.
