UT always "Downloading"

Game sits on the "downloading" screen for 5+ minutes every time I open Rivals, Objectives, Transfer Markets, etc. I have to dashboard 90% of the time to get where I want to go, but I'm always stopped by such slow menus. Is there a fix for this I've missed ?
