UT modes work slowly

It's been 3 days in Australia (Melbourne) that I've been trying to play UT mode but it take long time to load. While playing sometimes it lost internet connection, however my home internet works really well.

Even opening some packs I got from rivals, it also takes such a longer time to load and receive packs.
