UT transfer market

Question

I've been playing UT almost every day since the beginning of the year and I don't have the transfer market released anywhere (I play on PC and it's not released in the game), I don't know what to do anymore, I've never done anything suspicious and I'm new to the game and I'm going to the 2nd division, I'm playing all the modes and doing objectives and nothing, what else can I do or just keep playing and one day it will be released? I've already opened a ticket in EA help and they didn't solve it, I've already sent a discussion here and I wasn't successful either, I don't know what else to do to have the transfer market in my UT.

Hi there. You just need to keep playing. All the details we have on accessing the market on the web/companion app can be found here. Unfortunately, we're not able to grant access for you. The market will unlock when you've met all the criteria.
