Why can bugs that cost EA money be insta fixed

A real question not just moaning or complaining, but EA how come there are still bugs in the game that was here on release, or other ones you seem to add all the time take sooooooooo long to fix (in some cases never fixed) , that cause the player based so much hassle.

Yet when a bug gets added that cost you money, IE to do with packs or other glitches, its litterly hot fixed within an hour

Surely if you can work so fast and effeciant on things like that you can fix silly stuff like white blocks being all over peoples screens or players prices being stuck on 99 or the countless other things people have reported and have been there since you sold us the game?
