Why did my players not go to my club after packing them

@Sn0w3a11 For these, we advise to log out of the game completely and close it down.

Log into the web app or companion app and see if the show up in the club.

Sometimes these are quicksold, so you want to check that as well.

If you are not able to locate the content, you would need to set up a case on help.ea.com so that they can go through the logs. That, I am afraid is not a situation where we assist over the forums as it deals with missing content.
