Why do Certain accounts have advantages the rest of us don’t?

Why am I consistently playing against teams that have the most outrageous and most expensive cards in the game? When I am myself, can’t even pull anything above a 92 or 93. It’s clear to me as day the fact that EA hooked up certain accounts more than the rest of us. And this goes for the same with gameplay.
