Why I can’t change boots in ut

Hello, I’d like to know why it’s not possible to change the football boots of players in UT mode in EA FC. I can do this in Career Mode or local matches, but not in UT. Implementing such a feature shouldn’t be difficult, and it would bring some fresh variety to the game. Playing the whole year with the same cosmetic items gets boring. Thank you!
