Agreed, especially after you advanced to a new division, it could be hard for some players to get a win in new challenge.
You don't have to use the evo in progress in the starting 11. It says using your active EVO in game. Put your evo on the bench then get him during the match. I recommend after 80min. For example if my evo needs a win, I don't get him in only if I'm winning the match. If it requires play only so it doesn't matter win or loss. I usually do 2 cards in rival even if they don't require rival matches which is better than using them in full rush matches or squad battles. The issue with some opponents who quit before I get my evo in ! Still this is better than putting the evo in starting 11 which mainly change your squad chemistry.
