It's been 6 days now. I contacted EA 4 times not including this post. They keep marking my case as 'fixed' when it isn't.
I completed the champions objectives to get the 91 to 92 upgrade and didn't receive it. When I reopen my case and talk to chat they tell me to post it on here which I have already done.
I also completed the ridiculously expensive SBC to get the next tier upgrade and that is useless because I can't get my card to 92.
Just when I was starting to enjoy the game they have me contacting them about this problem taking up my time over and over.

I understand your frustration. But can I ask what the current status of your Become Immortal card? What are the evolutions you have done so far? And what are evolutions now left for you to become an immortal tab? (If you can attach screenshot of these questions that would be helpful for me to understand your scenario.)

I'm in the same boat, it let me do an evo that the card wasn't eligible for and now mine is also stuck at 91 rated and I've completed the icon upgrade section too, so wasted loads of fodder for nothing
