Wrongly marked as DNF due to server issues

I was winning in 3 games and in the middle of the game, suddenly it showed that I have disconnected and not able to connect to FUT at the moment. But my Wi-Fi signal is good and it was due to EA server issue. Still it marked those as DNF and my progress in Division rivals kept reducing since it considered them as losses. After much difficulty I had won 3 games continuously after a checkpoint and if the 3 games where it disconnected had ended properly after full time, I would have moved to next division.

Instead, since it disconnected and marked as DNF, I need to win 6 games for the same now. How can I get the progress back to where it was? I am not able to raise a case as well. It takes 5-10 minutes to even connect to FUT, so the issue is due to EA servers, but I had to lose my progress because of no fault of mine?
