Can’t acces transfermarkt

Hi,

EAFC26 mistakenly recognizes me as a new player, which means I have to complete several objectives before I can unlock the Transfer Market. This is incorrect, as I’ve been playing FIFA/EAFC for years.

One of the required objectives is “Venturing Out”. However, I cannot complete this because the Foundations EVO Challenge is bugged. EAFC doesn’t register my progress, which keeps the Transfer Market locked.

The issue is that there’s no checkmark next to the challenge, but I also can’t redo it because of the limitation tied to “Intro to Rewards EVO”.

I’d really appreciate your help resolving this issue. I paid €100 for the pre-order but currently can’t access the Transfer Market.
