I can't play in the RTTF tournament

I can't play in the RTTF competition cup. The requirements for playing in this cup state that you must have played 12 matches in the RTTF league, but I've already played 13 matches and the system still says I can't play. When I go to the requirements page, it says I've only played 7 matches in the RTTF league.
