Bug Report – Transfer Negotiation Screen Freeze in EA SPORTS FC 26

Hello EA Support Team,

 

I would like to report another issue in EA SPORTS FC 26.

During transfer negotiations, the game sometimes shows a screen with the manager’s text (example: “This is a better offer. We can accept it. Let’s keep in touch.” – see attached screenshot).

 

However, after this screen appears, the game freezes / does not progress and I cannot continue with the transfer. The only way is to exit and restart.

 

Could you please investigate this bug?

    im using xbox one, and same thing happens, i lose sometimes hours of work due to one player freezing it, then having to restart again, its june 17 2026 its well known, do something already
