Fc hub not working

Hi does anyone know how to fix the fc hub glitch I click on it but it doesn't work and the sp doesn't show up on my screen top right. Ive missed all the levels but I've got sp but it doesn't contribute to anything because I don't have the pass. If anyone knows how to fix this please reply thanks.
