FC27 Career Mode Needs More Realism and Immersion

Dear EA Sports FC Team,

I would like to share some important suggestions that I believe could greatly improve Career Mode in FC27 and make it feel much more realistic, immersive, and enjoyable for players.

One of the biggest issues in Career Mode is the appearance of youth academy players and generated young talents. Many of their faces look unrealistic, repetitive, and low quality, which breaks immersion during long-term saves. Since Career Mode is built around developing future stars and creating long football stories, it is very important for youth players to feel authentic and unique. Improving facial generation technology, hairstyles, facial expressions, and overall character quality would make academy players feel more alive and believable.

Another area that needs major improvement is the press conference system. Currently, journalists mostly ask repetitive questions only about players, and after some time the interviews start to feel unrealistic and boring. In FC27, press conferences should become much deeper and more dynamic. Reporters should ask about:

Important matches and derby games

Previous match performances

Winning or losing streaks

Tactics and team performance

Future plans with the club

Transfer targets and squad depth

Title races and important tournaments

Fan expectations and pressure

Long-term projects and ambitions

This would make Career Mode feel more like real football management instead of repetitive cutscenes.

Additionally, the answers should provide more freedom and personality. Managers should be able to respond in different styles such as calm, aggressive, confident, emotional, or tactical. Different responses could also affect player morale, fan support, dressing room atmosphere, and media opinion.

Another feature that could completely transform immersion is manager voice customization. Before starting a manager career, players could choose a voice for their created manager or even upload and use their own voice for certain lines and interactions. This would make the experience feel far more personal and realistic.

For real-life managers already in the game, it would be amazing if their real voices could be included as well. Hearing authentic voices during press conferences, interviews, and match moments would add an entirely new level of realism.

The same idea should also apply to Player Career Mode. Custom player voices, better personality systems, realistic interviews, and more interactive story elements would make the journey feel much more immersive and memorable.

Career Mode has massive potential, and features like these could truly make FC27 feel like a next-generation football experience instead of just a small yearly update.
