Subject: Missing 99 OVR Michael Olise Evolution Player

Hello EA Support,

I am contacting you regarding a missing player item in EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team.

My Ultimate Team username is Kronik_balyoz.

I had a 99 OVR Michael Olise Evolution player item in my club. I wanted to sell the player, so I removed all the Evolutions applied to the card. After removing the Evolutions, the player item disappeared from my club.

I have checked my Club, Transfer List, Transfer Targets, Unassigned items, and Quick Sell Recovery, but I cannot find the player anywhere.

I did not intentionally discard, quick sell, or submit this player into an SBC. The card simply disappeared after I removed the Evolutions.

This player is very important to me, and I would kindly ask you to check my account and transaction history and help me recover the missing 99 OVR Michael Olise item if possible.
