Market ban assistance

Hi

I have received a market ban incorrectly and am trying to get it reversed, can anyone in here assist please? I buy and sell cards on the transfer market like everyone else does, and one day I received an email saying I had been banned for coin transfers. I have never done coin transfers in my life so I assumed it must have been an error, and appealed. I got a generic response to my appeal saying I had been banned for coin transfers, without further explanation and seemingly without reading my case because I have never done coin transfers in my life!

I tried writing a letter to EAs office in Guildford, sent it recorded delivery and just got a notification saying nobody there would sign for it.... So it would seem I have no way of challenging this unfair market ban, hence trying here as a last resort. I want to carry on playing this game but can't if this ban continues - any help or recommendations appreciated, thank you!
