Opponents quits rewarded

By now around 60% off all opponents rage quits end in no consequences for the opponent as the game is not appearing on the match record and I dont get the win. This is really frustrating in terms of game experience. This has not been like this before in any other FIFA or FC game. A normal quit via game options results in a win like it should, but simply disconnecting or change the game in the main menu is likely to be "rewarded". Why is this and how are you going to fix it?
