also the SBC would need to exclude evo'ed cards. Since people could theoretically apply an evo and the card could get the cosmetic of whatever promo-time period that evo corresponded to. since filters for "completed evolutions" exist, i assume this would not be an issue to exclude these types of cards from the sbc
