Still no Web App Transfer Market access after 2 months of active play (PS5)

Hi everyone,

 

I’m having an issue with my transfer market access on the Web App, and I’m hoping someone from EA or the community can help.

 

I’ve been locked out of the Web App transfer market for about 2 months now. I previously received a message saying I need to keep playing matches to unlock access again.

 

Since then:

 

I’ve been playing almost every day on PS5.

I complete full matches (Division Rivals, etc.).

I’m active consistently, not just logging in.

I have not used any bots, coin transfers, or third-party tools, and all my activity has been fair and legitimate.

 

Despite all of this, I still don’t have access.

 

At this point, I’d really like some clarity:

 

Is this a permanent restriction, or

Is my account still being reviewed?

 

If anyone from EA can check my account or provide a proper explanation, I would really appreciate it. Right now, it feels like I’m doing everything required, but nothing is changing.

  • Hi there. I know it's frustrating to not have access to the Transfer Market. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do for this. You'll just need to keep playing. Keep in mind, if you have other accounts on the same device accessing UT or there were any sanctions on your account, it will delay opening the market on the app. All the details we have on this can be found in the article here.     Hi,

     

    I already tried using the “Contact Us” option multiple times, but it’s not working properly.

     

    It keeps asking me the same questions over and over again (about describing the issue and the ban), and even after I answer everything, I don’t get a proper response or any real case progress. It just loops without actually helping.

     

    In addition to that, I have also emailed support three times, and nothing has happened or been resolved.

     

    So at this point, I’ve:

     

    - Been playing consistently for 2 months on PS5 in

    - Followed the advice to keep playing

    - Tried contacting support multiple times

    - Sent three emails with no outcome

     

    But I’m still stuck with no access and no clear answer.

     

    Can someone please check my account directly or escalate this? Because right now both the Web App access and the support system are not helping at

    all.

    If you don't have access yet, it's due to what I mentioned previously. You'll just need to keep playing. You can also open a case with an advisor to have them check for any sanctions on your account. That can be done by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.

    Hi, thanks for your response, but this doesn’t really address my situation.

     

    I understand that normally access is earned by playing, but I’ve already been doing exactly that for around 2 months, almost daily, on PS5 in . I complete full matches consistently and follow all the guidelines.

     

    At this point, simply being told to “keep playing” is not helpful anymore, because I’ve clearly gone far beyond the usual requirement.

     

    So I would really appreciate a more specific answer:

     

    - Is there a maximum timeframe for unlocking access?

    - Or is my account affected by a restriction or flag that prevents access entirely?

     

    Also, you mentioned other accounts or possible sanctions — could you clarify if that applies in my case? Because right now I have no visibility on what is actually causing the delay.

     

    I’m just looking for a clear explanation, because I’ve followed all the steps and nothing has changed.
