Totw GW5 no ingame image

Why have I paid money for a game where they can’t even be bothered to give promo cards an image fix this please as it looks o stupid to have a 92 rated card with no image and it also makes getting the card feel less rewarding to me as he is almost no different to his base card pleas fix this as it would also be very easy to do
