Why can’t you transfer Ea Fc point more than once? Theft or fraud on EA behalf?

How many people have been caught out with the one time transfer of EA points because they were excited to play the new game n never knew what it meant, and now they have loads of EA points that are worthless on an old game that the Barely support(if they do anymore).

this being the case why can’t EA transfer them over or are they just taking this away from gamers and laughing all the way to the bank!!
