Career mode players boots keep changing to black

I agree, I try to changed already but when I play the match it’s still is black colour,I don’t like black boots colour 😫 

Literally got the same issue only play manger mode I’ve changed this about 8times now it’s a joke they just keep going back to the EABlackBoots spent all this money just to have the most annoying bug ever needs to be sorted ASAP!

Has anyone heard anything official from EA about the boots color bug in Career Mode?

Every single player still shows up with generic black boots — no brand, no color, no personality — and it completely kills the immersion.

This isn’t some minor detail. For Career Mode players who care about realism and identity, it ruins the entire vibe. We spend hours customizing kits, storylines, and lineups… only for everyone to look the same.

We’ve seen patch after patch for Ultimate Team — but zero mentions of this issue in any of the updates. It’s been months since release, and nothing.

EA, if anyone from the team is reading this: please at least acknowledge the problem. We’re not asking for new features — just for the mode to look and feel like football again.

We’re a huge part of the FC community — players who buy the game every year specifically for Career Mode.

We’re not here for Ultimate Team or online packs. We pay full price from our own pockets because we love building clubs, stories, and realism.

It’s frustrating to feel like this entire part of the player base is being ignored.

Anyone else here as frustrated as I am?

Play it in the original career mode and it works 

After few hours in castomiez i found thet some of the boots saved ( 4 for now ) and yes you not alone 

It's unbelievable that this is the only mode I've played, and I've lost a significant part of the fun. FC26 now looks like FIFA 95. I don't pay money for these trivial bugs that they haven't fixed yet.

seriously, does anyone know if EA is acknowledging the black boots glitch? every time i start a live career, players boots revert to the generic black ones. it makes the game feel unfinished and kills the realism. we are months into the game, and this is still an issue. are you guys gonna fix it or just leave it like this?

I just bought this game , we’re in November , and this issue has been going on for 2 months!? And they don’t even do anything to allow players to keep their boots 🤦🏻‍♂️

It really feels like Career Mode is not a priority, because players there don’t bring in money — right, EA?

Three months have passed, and the bug remains unfixed. What exactly is the reason for this delay?

It’s hard not to conclude that Career Mode is simply not a priority, since it doesn’t generate direct revenue — unlike UT mode.

We are REALLY annoyed by this stupid bug.

Please clarify whether this issue is actually being worked on.
