Formal Complaint: Misleading Information and Bug in Item Description - AXP Boost
To EA Support Team,
I am writing to express my frustration regarding a clear discrepancy in the description of the "5,000 Instant AXP" item I recently purchased/acquired.
As shown in the attached screenshot, there is a direct contradiction in the item's requirements:
- The main description states the item can be used "before level 50."
- However, the system error message at the bottom prevents application, stating it cannot be used because my Archetype is "above Level 40."
My current level is 47, which falls within the advertised range of the primary description (under level 50). I made my decision based on the primary text, and this technical contradiction has rendered my purchase useless.
I am requesting one of the following solutions:
- A fix to the item’s logic so it can be applied as per the primary description (up to level 50).
- Or, a full refund/compensation for the resources spent on this item due to misleading information.
I have attached the screenshot as proof of this UI/UX error. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
