Re: Preorder still processing

Hey guys , i've purchased FC26  2 days ago and as soon as i purchased , got Email about purchasing but the order is still processing in EA account management and game isn't arrived in my EA App library.

So .. any of you guys encounter this kind of problem before ??? and u guys know how to contact them for live help or anything that can solve the problem?

    Same. They can't even say a word thats we gonna get the game or not. Is fr insane how they don't care about this issue.

    bro l even sent a case and its says that they resolved but its still say in payment processing
