Re: FC 26 BETA WRONG PLATFORM

Hi,

 

I've received a beta code for 26 that won't let me redeem on PlayStation. The error is saying it can't be downloaded in my region. My EA account and physical region match (UK) as does my PS account. 

No VPN use or anything either. 

Any ideas?

    After talking with live chat and using the beta code tool we have established I've been sent the wrong region for my code despite both accounts being Europe since they were opened. 

    Seems no way to fix this for anyone else in the same situation. Error on EA's end and they won't resolve it unfortunately.
