Re: FC 26 BETA WRONG PLATFORM

First of all, please stop putting my query under other people’s who have a different issue to mine. My issue is that I was issued the PS5 version but it’s downloaded as PS4 as shown in my transaction History Below.  My issue is not resolved. 

This is a bug on EA or PS end not mine. Can a fresh code be issued to me please as I’m clearly meant to have the PS5 Beta

    Once again put into this catergory. it’s not the same thing. other people may have the bug as well. If you were meant to have the Ps5 version but downloaded ps4. try resetting your console 

    You can see my transaction history shows it should be PS5 version
