Re: Preorder still processing

Hello guys,

 

Me and my friend pre-ordered FC 26 from ea app but the game is not in library, we received order confirmation.

On the order history is says processing


Can someone explain how this works, or is there anyone else in this situation? I don’t want to have the surprise to cancel this and order after 26th August.

    On Xbox I had to go to my games and apps then I went to the all the games i own and Fc26 was there but right now there aren't any game modes and I don't know what to do now just hope they fix it soon
