Subject: Pro Clubs Server Latency Issue – Central America (PS5)

Hello EA Support,

I am writing to report a serious and persistent latency issue affecting Pro Clubs in EA Sports FC 26 on PlayStation 5.

I play from Costa Rica (Central America), and for several months most matches have extremely high latency, typically between 80 ms and 159 ms. The only time the game feels playable is when I am matched with players from my same region.

However, when matchmaking places us on servers with players from the United States, Mexico, Europe (Spain, Germany, France), South America (especially Brazil), or Asia, the gameplay becomes very delayed and unresponsive.

At that point, matches become extremely difficult to play, and the outcome depends more on connection quality than on player skill. This completely ruins the competitive experience of Pro Clubs.

This issue has been present for months since I purchased the game, and many players in my region experience the same problem. It is frustrating that such a major online mode still struggles with server optimization and regional matchmaking.

I hope EA can investigate server optimization and improve matchmaking so that players from Central America are not constantly placed on distant servers with unplayable latency.
