Problème ping

To the EA Support Team,

Hello,

I’m reaching out to report an issue I’ve been experiencing with EA FC 26 regarding high ping during online matches.

I have a fast and stable internet connection, and I’ve already tried all common troubleshooting steps, including:

Changing DNS settings

Using a wired (LAN) connection

Restarting my router

Testing at different times of day

Despite all of that, the ping in FC 26 never drops below 42ms, even under ideal conditions.

In comparison, I get much lower ping (between 15ms to 25ms) in all other online games I play. This clearly indicates that the issue is only happening with FC 26.

Back in FC 25, I used to occasionally get ping as low as 33ms, which gave a much better gameplay experience.

I kindly ask you to investigate this and, if possible, connect my account to the nearest game server to help reduce latency. I’m open to trying any additional solutions you may suggest.
