Missing 581 FUTTIES Tokens Due to Weekly Redemption Limit
Hello EA Support,
I am contacting you regarding an issue with the new FUTTIES Tokens weekly cap in Ultimate Team.
Today I claimed my updated Division Rivals rewards after reaching Division 2. According to the updated rewards, I should have received 600 FUTTIES Tokens.
However, because of the weekly redemption limit of 1,000 tokens, I only received 19 tokens, meaning that 581 tokens are missing.
I worked hard to reach Division 2 specifically to earn these updated rewards. It is unfair that I lose the rewards I legitimately earned simply because of the weekly cap.
I kindly request that the remaining 581 FUTTIES Tokens be credited to my account as soon as the weekly limit resets tomorrow, so that I receive the full rewards I earned.
Please review my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Sorry to say ducciulk but if you have reached an in-game cap then it is not possible for us to provide you a way around this limit.
I know it's not what you want to hear but the simple fact of the matter is that these limits are in place for a reason and once you hit the limit you cannot get any more.
I will pass your feedback on to the team around this.
