Not receiving any ea play pro rewards

Hi, I bought ea play pro more than 24 hours ago and i still havent received any of the rewards that you get from ea play pro. I looked this up and it said it could take about a day but I still havent gotten any. I would just want to know if there are delays to that or if its bugged?

    Ik heb hetzelfde probleem,

    1. PC, heb de Steam versie en EA versie geprobeerd, maar nog niks gekregen.

    4. Gedaan, maar nog steeds niks te zien

    Hoi allemaal,

    Ik heb een paar vragen als dat oké is:

    1. Op welk platform spelen jullie?
    2. Wanneer hebben jullie je EA Play Pro abonnement aangeschaft?
    3. Woon je in België?
    4. Kan je proberen om de EA app cache te schonen en dan het spel opnieuw op te starten?
