Realistic career mode

Dear EA,

I really love the Career Mode! But one thing that always disappoints me is that you can only move to a club or league that is equal to or higher in reputation. So for example, if you’re at Ajax, you can only move to a team like Porto or Arsenal. And if you start at Real Madrid, you can never go to a lower-division club.

But in real life, this does happen. Is it possible to make it so that you can move to any club, including lower-league teams from different countries? I personally enjoy having as many different clubs as possible in one career.

And why wouldn’t it be possible to move from Real Madrid to a club like Cardiff City, for example?
