Why no Arjen Robben Icon in fc 26????

Arjen Robben retired almost 2 years before Ribery and he was an icon in fc 25.  Also now Robin van Persie is an icon, wesley sneijder a hero and dirk kuyt an hero. Arjen Robben needs to be in there....
