CRITICAL BUG Icon Pick SBC: 88 and 89 Rated Case 241358553
Hello EA Community and Dev Team,
I am reporting a severe server-side technical bug encountered during the Icon Pick SBC.
The Issue: I submitted the 88-rated squad and the 89-rated squad for the Icon Pick. The players (22 high-rated cards in total) were successfully removed from my club, but the SBC segments remain INCOMPLETE (0/11).
Essentially, the server swallowed my high-rated players but did not register the progress towards the SBC. This is a clear database desync error.

Status: Confirmed by Live Support agents (they verified the loss in my account logs).
Response so far: Support advisors claim they cannot manually grant items and told me to report this as a bug here.
Why this is urgent: This SBC has a limited timer and expires in less than 48 hours. I am a content creator, and I have lost a massive amount of fodder and time due to a confirmed technical failure on EA's side. If this is not resolved before the timer runs out, I will lose the chance to complete the Icon Pick entirely despite having paid the price in players.
Request: I am looking for a CM or a Developer to investigate this specific case. I need my 88/89 squads restored or equivalent compensation (Jumbo Rare Players Packs) to rebuild them before the SBC expires.
Has anyone else experienced this "Ghost Submission" bug? It is unacceptable to lose millions of coins worth of players to a server error with no immediate fix.
