EA Sports FC 26 crashes when pressing Xbox Home button (Series S)

Hi,

I’m experiencing a serious issue with EA Sports FC 26 on Xbox Series S.

Whenever I press the Xbox Home button on my controller (either during gameplay or in the game menus), the game immediately freezes and then crashes completely to the dashboard. It does not go into Quick Resume — it fully closes every time.

I have already tried the following:

- Reinstalled the game twice

- Fully reset my Xbox Series S to factory settings (set up as a new console, no apps installed)

- Installed all latest updates (console + game)

Nothing has fixed the issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this a known bug or is there any workaround?
