False accusations using third party money
Hey everyone,
I'm a member of this community for more than 10 years.
I found a trading strategy that enables me to earn about 500 000/week. Clean, without sniping tools.
About one month ago, EA took 1 500 000 Coins from my account and I got a mail saying I used third party money.
Since I never used third party money I continued trading with the same strategy.
Now I got a transfer market ban and the same accusation of using third party money.
Unfortunately, EA ccontinues claiming I used third party money and every attempt of explaining my strategy to them falls.
So far I just used the response tool in their sanctions history menu.
Are there other possibilities to talk to them? Since I can't see any mistakes and their accusations are just wrong it's hard to know how to avoid sanctions.
Does any one know how long such a ban lasts?

du bist hier im deutschen Forum - ich muss dich also bitten bitte Deutsch zu benutzen.
Was den Bann angeht, so sind Transfermarktbänne im generellen für das Spiel permanent - du würdest also erst wieder für das nächste Spiel (FC 27) Zugriff auf den Markt erhalten.
Wenn du einen Banneinspruch eingereicht hast und dort deine Erklärungen gegeben hast, dann wird dies von einem Mitarbeiter angeschaut und in Erwägung gezogen,b evor eine Entscheidung getroffen wird. Wenn der Bann dann als korrekt eingeschätzt wird, dann kann leider nichts weiter gemacht werden.
