Amazon Luna - fc26 companion not working

Hello

i’m playing fc26 on amazon luna since one month.

everything works great and it’s a pleasure to play on the cloud.

my only problem is that i cannot access the companion app. I always have a message that tell me that there is an issue. 

can anyone tell me what to do ?
