Asia + Oceania rewards and tim cahill rewards not received

Hello, I was working on my objectives when I noticed I completed the Tiny Tim objective in the perfect volley section. And I can’t continue my objectives and finish it because I didn’t receive the reward of Tim Cahill. On top of that, there isn’t any Tim Cahills in the market that you can buy. So now I will not be able to finish the objectives. I wanted to know if anyone else had this problem and if it’s a bug that can be solved. Thank you.
